CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS 

Preamble 

As the Paulsmeier Inc. Group, we strive to uphold our family’s high standard of credibility, integrity and mutual respect as expressed in this Code. 

This document – the Paulsmeier Inc. Group’s Code of Conduct & Ethics – addresses the ways in which we are expected to conduct ourselves to bring into practice our vision, mission and goals. 

Business Interaction 

We shall at all times:

• Promote and maintain a high ethical standard of conduct. 

• Contribute to creating a climate that will enable us to achieve our family’s respective goals and objectives.

• Act responsibly in all the business developments and corporate investments we are involved in. 

• Work for multilateral action aimed at achieving common goals. 

• Refrain from any unlawful business activities or practices.
